Subscription fees, renewal conditions, upgrade options, cancellation procedures, and refund eligibility will be governed by the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
FORUSGAH may revise its plans and pricing prospectively, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual commitments.
Eligible vendors may receive an individual storefront on the FORUSGAH platform.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the information displayed on their storefronts is accurate and lawful.
FORUSGAH may restrict or remove storefront content that violates these Terms & Conditions, infringes third-party rights, or creates a legal or security risk.
The availability and features of individual storefronts may depend on the vendor’s subscription plan and account status.
FORUSGAH aims to provide a convenient shopping experience by displaying product information, images, specifications, prices, and availability.
However, individual vendors are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Product images are intended to represent the listed items. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance, colour, packaging, or other characteristics.

If a listing contains a material error, FORUSGAH or the relevant vendor may take appropriate corrective action in accordance with applicable law and the status of any existing order.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, customers should contact the designated support channel or the relevant vendor.

Advertising performance may depend on audience behaviour, competition, campaign settings, and other factors beyond FORUSGAH’s reasonable control.
The FORUSGAH website, branding, logos, design elements, software, original content, and other platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of a user’s intellectual property to FORUSGAH merely because that content is uploaded to the platform.

FORUSGAH does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, or performance of every product or service listed by an independent vendor, except to the extent such responsibility is imposed by applicable law or expressly undertaken by FORUSGAH.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FORUSGAH will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
